Designed travel booking flows and agent dashboards for trip, passenger, and reservation data, making complex information easier to scan and act on.

Designed landing pages, brand-collaboration pages, blog banners, social posts, and newsletter creatives for multiple client brands, using Figma and WordPress to support high-fidelity delivery.

Worked as a backend engineer on services such as workflow and the team chatbot, building technical depth across product systems and internal tools.

Helped fix UI bugs and localisation issues while contributing to internal tooling and frontend components in a production codebase.
